Subscriptions and scope
Your selected plan controls active-request capacity and included services. Unlimited queued requests means you may maintain a continuing queue; it does not promise unlimited output within a month. Timing depends on scope, a complete brief, feedback, and approvals.
Payments and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. You authorize THE SHOP and Stripe to charge the payment method on file. Failed payments may pause work and portal access until resolved.
Commitment and cancellation
Website builds included in a subscription require the stated three-month initial commitment. After any required commitment, plans continue month to month. Cancellation stops future renewals when requested before the next billing date; fees already earned or incurred remain due, subject to the first-month guarantee.
Client responsibilities
You will provide timely, accurate content, access, feedback, and approvals. You confirm that materials you provide may lawfully be used. Delays in those items may change delivery timing.
Ownership
Once paid, approved final deliverables created specifically for you belong to you. THE SHOP retains its pre-existing intellectual property, reusable systems, processes, tools, templates, know-how, and unused concepts. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses.
Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, THE SHOP may display completed public-facing work for portfolio and promotional purposes after launch.
