Your first subscription payment is covered by our 30-day first-month satisfaction guarantee. If THE SHOP is not the right fit, email us within 30 calendar days of your original subscription purchase and tell us what did not work.
How to request it
Send the request from the email used at checkout to info@theshopdesign.com. Include your business name and plan. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
What it covers
The guarantee covers your first monthly subscription charge. It does not cover third-party costs, printing, advertising spend, domains, hosting, software, stock assets, rush expenses, separately quoted work, or charges incurred after the first 30 days.
Fair use
The guarantee is available once per customer or related business and is intended to let a new customer evaluate the service in good faith. Fraud, chargeback abuse, or material violation of the Terms of Service may make a request ineligible.
